About Tessa Meyer, LMT

Tessa Meyer, LMT

Tessa is a dedicated practitioner with a unique approach to holistic wellness. Her journey in this field began in 1999 when she earned her cosmetology license, giving her valuable insights into the interconnectedness of the scalp and the body. Later, she became a licensed massage therapist, going deeper into the healing power of touch as it relates to healing.

Over the years, Tessa has refined her ability to intuitively understand her client’s needs, allowing her to address pain and trauma effectively. Her own experience with fascial release inspired her to pursue formal training in this technique at The Jones Institute under Brian Tuckey in 2018.

Tessa’s clients benefit from her exceptional skill set, combining her innate ability to listen to the body, expertise in fascial release, massage therapy, energy work, and prayer. Tessa can treat clients of all ages including high school/college athletes, coma patients, babies, and more. Her holistic whole-body approach aims to promote healing, alleviate pain, and restore function, providing a truly unique and personalized experience.

Dan T. Meyer, LPC Associate, MA

Dan is trained in Cognitive Behavioral, Compassion Focused, Culturally Sensitive, Dialectical Behavior, Rational Emotive Behavior, and Solution Focused Brief Therapies but prefers to take an eclectic approach and create a therapy program that best suits each individual client. He has experience with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. Dan currently holds a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate license in the state of Texas and is currently being supervised by Nancy Turner LPC-S, MS Ed, NCC.

Dan views counseling as a means to a beginning. Tired of faking it, hoping you’ll make it? Have you reached a plateau in your life, relationships or career? What is holding you back? Is life happening to you? Life is a balance of cause and effect, if you are not having the effect you want, then we need to find the cause. Let’s explore who you are, where you are and develop a plan to get you where you want to be.

He believes you are not broken but only in transition. After all, falling only makes you one step closer to rising. His goal as a counselor is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and give you the encouragement, tools, and confidence that you need to create a life of your choosing.
